By using Atlas you fully accept these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.
Atlas is a digital travel diary with community features, gamification and (in the future) partner bookings. The service is provided "as is".
You must be at least 16 years old. You are responsible for the security of your credentials.
You retain full ownership of the content you upload. You grant Atlas a limited license to display your content according to your privacy settings.
Forbidden: illegal / offensive / defamatory content, copyright infringement, bots, scraping, impersonation, malware.
If you register a business you warrant to have the right to do so. Fake reviews will be removed.
On the iOS app, the subscription is handled exclusively through Apple App Store in-app purchases. Monthly auto-renewing until cancellation. The charge is applied to your Apple ID 24 hours before renewal unless cancelled. You can manage and cancel the subscription at any time in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Refunds are governed by Apple's App Store policy.

Within the limits of the law, Atlas is not liable for indirect damages. Maximum liability = amounts paid in the last 12 months.
